I was craving boneless wings so I made a keto version π These were awesome with ranch! Here is how I made them: . . Ingredients: 1/3 cup almond flour (see notes for alternatives) 2 tbsp Parmesan 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional) 1 egg 2 tbsp heavy cream Oil for frying 1/2 pound thawed chicken . . Instructions: 1. Mix the heavy cream and egg together in one bowl, and the dry ingredients in another bowl. 2. Cut chicken into 16 pieces. Then dip each piece of chicken in the egg mixture, set aside, then coat with the flour. 3. Heat oil around high / medium high and fry the chicken until it reaches an internal temperature of 165F. . . Macros: serving size is 8 boneless wings (recipe makes 16) . Calories: 395 Fat: 29 Protein: 31 Net carbs: 2.5 Fiber: 2.5 . Notes: For the sauce I mixed franks red hot with the G Hughes sugar free BBQ from Walmart. You can also replace the almond flour with coconut flour or pork rinds but the amounts needed will vary. . . #keto #ketosnackz
