1. Mix all ingredients and knead the dough for a few minutes. 2. Roll into small balls, spray with oil & air fry @ 325F for 8-10 minutes. 3. While they cool down, melt your butter and in a separate bowl mix your cinnamon / sweetener for the coating. 4. Toss in the butter & then cinnamon sweetener. Enjoy! Pro tip: You want the dough to be firm enough to hold the ball shape, so extra almond flour may be necessary if itβs too flimsy / soft
