This recipe offers a delicious and easy way to satisfy your Philly cheesesteak cravings. Thinly sliced wagyu ribeye, caramelized peppers and onions, and baked provolone cheese are rolled together for a savory treat.

Freeze your ribeye for 30 minutes & then slice as thinly as possible, set aside. Then throw some peppers and onion in a pan over medium heat with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder & balsamic vinegar. Once that carmelizes, add your steak and cook for a few minutes. While that is cooking, bake some slices of provolone on a parchment lined baking sheet @400F for 5-6 mins until bubbly and golden brown on the edges. Take it out, add your steak and pepper mix, roll them up & enjoy!
