It turned out pretty good tho ๐ . . .Ingredients: 1 cup fully cooked shredded chicken breast 1/2 avocado 1/4 cup spinach 2 tbsp diced tomatoes 2 tbsp diced green peppers 2 tbsp onions 1/4 cup cauliflower (or cauliflower rice) 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese 2 tbsp butter 1/2 cup chicken broth 1/2 cup water 1/4 cup hot sauce (optional) Seasonings of your choice . . Instructions: 1. Combine all ingredients except avocado in slow cooker and cook on low for 2-4. 2. Add the avocado & enjoy! . .
