1. In a non stick pan on medium low add shredded cheese, clear a circle in the middle, add your egg, the rest of your toppings, and more cheese. 2. Cover with a lid for 1-2 mins. Remove lid, flip and let cook for 1-2 mins. 3. Take off and enjoy!
