Say βYUMβ if you would eat these High Protein Frozen Yogurt Bites ππ How to make them: Blend 1 cup yogurt, 1/2 cup milk (or unsweetened almond milk), 3-4 tbsp sweetener, 1/8 tsp xanthan gum & 1-2 tbsp heavy cream. Add to greased muffin cups & top with chopped sugar free chocolate chips. Freeze for a couple hours and enjoy! You can also mix in the chocolate chips into the cups for a more consistent texture.
