Say “YUM” if you would eat these Crispy Parmesan Cream Filled Tuscan Balls 😋🙌🔥 What you need: 3 oz cream cheese 2 tbsp spinach, chopped 2 tbsp tomatoes, diced 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella 1/4 cup grated Parmesan 1 egg, whisked How to make them: 1. Mix your cream cheese, mozzarella, spinach and tomatoes. 2. Roll into balls and freeze for 1 hour. 3. Coat in the egg wash and Parmesan. 4. Air fry @ 400F for 6-10 mins & enjoy! Pro tip: The plastic bottle of Parmesan is the key to getting a really crispy crust! Also.. you don’t have to freeze them, but they won’t hold their shape well.
