A simple and delicious recipe for air-fried buffalo chicken balls, combining shredded chicken, cream cheese, mozzarella, and ranch seasoning, then coated in egg wash and Parmesan for a crispy finish.

Mix 1/2 cup shredded chicken, 2 oz cream cheese, 1/3 cup shredded mozzarella & 1-2 tbsp ranch seasoning. Roll the mixture into balls and freeze for 1-2 hours (this helps them hold their shape). After freezing, coat the balls in egg wash and then in grated Parmesan. Air fry @ 400F for 8 minutes and enjoy!
