1. Boil 8 oz low carb pasta & drain it. 2. Add the drained pasta to a baking dish with 1 cup 2% cottage cheese, 1 cup marinara, 1 lb 96/4 ground beef & 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella. Top with more mozzarella. 3. Bake at 375F for 35 minutes. Take it out, top with Parmesan and enjoy!
