These Crab Rangoon Pinwheels are made with cream cheese, crab meat, and green onions on a low carb tortilla, air fried until crispy. They are served with an easy, keto-friendly sweet and sour dipping sauce.

For the Crab Rangoon Pinwheels: Spread cream cheese, chopped crab meat, and green onions on a low carb tortilla. Roll the tortilla tightly, then brush it with butter. Slice the rolled tortilla into pinwheels. Air fry at 400F for 7-10 minutes until golden and crispy. Take them out and enjoy! For the Sweet N Sour Sauce: 1. In a saucepan, combine your sesame oil and xanthan gum. Whisk until fully combined. 2. Then whisk in the remaining ingredients (keto friendly brown sweetener, apple cider vinegar, sugar free ketchup, water, soy sauce or coconut aminos) and bring to a boil until it thickens. Serve warm with the pinwheels.
