1. Place the salad ingredients (lettuce, deli meat, Provolone, sliced red onions, sliced grape tomatoes, banana peppers, sliced black olives) on a cutting board & chop it up. 2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients (mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, banana pepper juice (optional), oregano, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, salt & pepper). 3. Pour the whisked dressing over the chopped salad. 4. Enjoy!
