A refreshing, low-carb, keto-friendly margarita with jalapeño, cucumber, and lime.

For the jalapeño juice: Blend 1/2 jalapeño, 1/2 cucumber and 1 tbsp lime juice & strain. For the simple syrup: Add 1 cup of granulated sweetener of your choice and 1/2 cup of water to a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir until sugar is dissolved and let it cool down before adding to your cocktail mix. If you want to make more, remember the 2:1 sweetener to water ratio. Combine the jalapeño infused tequila, lime juice, fresh cucumber & jalapeño juice, and simple syrup (or liquid stevia) in a cocktail shaker. Fill the shaker halfway with ice and shake well. Pour the liquid into your favorite glass and enjoy!
