1. Mix egg, cheese, and seasonings, spray waffle maker with non stick spray, add mix to waffle maker, top with pepperonis, close waffle maker and cook until green light comes on. 2. Warm up meatballs in microwave, you can add marinara for last 1 minute. 3. Combine everything and eat like a meatball chalupa 😋
