Delicious keto-friendly pigs in a blanket made with a mozzarella and almond flour dough, perfect for a snack or appetizer.

1. Preheat oven to 350F. 2. Mix cream cheese and mozzarella. Microwave for 1 minute. Stir and microwave 30 more seconds. Stir again. 3. Add your whisked egg & almond flour. Mix. 4. Add your seasonings and mix again. 5. Knead and flatten out between two sheets of greased parchment paper. 6. Cut into 2x2 inch rectangles, add your hot dogs (halved) and roll them up. 7. Bake for 20 minutes until dough is golden brown.
