Pre-preparation: Slice your zucchini, salt it heavily, and pat dry to remove excess moisture. Grease a baking dish. Add a layer of marinara, then cooked beef, mozzarella, thinly sliced zucchini, and blended cottage cheese. Repeat the layering process until ingredients are used up. Top the final layer with more mozzarella cheese. Cover the dish with foil and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, remove the foil and return the dish to the oven until the cheese on top is bubbly and golden.
