1. Add pork rinds to a blender or food processor and then put them in a bowl with the Parmesan and seasonings. 2. Cut chicken into bite sized pieces, dip in egg, coat with the parmesan mix. 3. Air fry at 400F for 10-15 minutes flipping halfway through or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165F. (You can also bake at 425F for 45 minutes or deep fry them)
