1. Preheat your oven to 325F. 2. Separate your egg whites and yolks. 3. Beat the whites until stiff peaks form (use an electric mixer). 4. Melt your chocolate chips, I microwaved in 20 second intervals stirring each time. 5. Stir the yolks in to the chocolate & then add your whites. 6. Mix & add to a greased parchment lined dish. 7. Bake for 30 minutes. Pro tip: If you do this with eggs straight out of the fridge, the chocolate might harden when mixing with the yolks.
