Say “YUM” if you would eat these Jalapeño Popper Enchiladas 🔥🐔🙌 How to make them: Mix 1/2 cup cup shredded chicken, 2 oz cream cheese, 2 slices of bacon crumbles, 1/4 cup Mexican cheese & 2 tsp ranch seasoning . Roll it into deli meat & add to a baking dish. Mix 1/4 cup ranch dressing & 1/4 cup enchilada sauce. Pour over your enchiladas with more Mexican cheese and jalapeño slices. Bake @ 350F for 30 mins, take it out & enjoy!
