A delicious and healthy low-carb dinner featuring air-fried steak served with creamy mashed cauliflower.

For the Mashed Cauliflower: 1. Chop your cauliflower head into florets & boil for 7-8 minutes. 2. Drain, add back to the heat for a few minutes & let it cook out the moisture. 3. Add to a blender with butter, cream cheese, shredded cheddar & seasonings. 4. Pour out, garnish, & enjoy! For the Air Fried Steak: 1. Preheat air fryer to 400F. 2. Rub both sides of the steak with olive oil, thyme, oregano, salt & pepper. 3. Add to air fryer for 5 minutes. 4. Flip steak and put back in for 5 more minutes. 5. Mix your butter with the parsley and melt in the microwave. 6. When steak is finished, drizzle with the butter, let rest for 10 minutes and enjoy!
