Blend a few tablespoons of cottage cheese with ranch seasoning until smooth. Spread this mixture on a low-carb tortilla. Add a layer of fully cooked shredded chicken and shredded cheddar cheese. Roll the tortilla up tightly. Brush the outside of the rolled tortilla with butter. Slice the rolled tortilla into pinwheels. Air fry at 400°F for 6-10 minutes, or until golden and heated through.
