A delicious and low-carb take on classic chicken parmesan, featuring crispy chicken coated in a cheesy nut mix and air-fried to perfection, then baked with marinara and mozzarella.

1. Blend your Hilo Mix and add to a bowl with 1/2 cup grated parmesan. Whisk an egg in a separate bowl. 2. Coat your chicken in the egg wash and then the Hilo Mix. Air fry at 375F for 12 minutes. 3. Add the chicken to a baking dish with your marinara, mozzarella, the rest of your parmesan, & seasonings. 4. Put back in for 4-6 minutes. 5. Take out, let cool, & enjoy!
