Easy keto chicken nuggets recipe π . . Ingredients: 3 chicken breast tenderloins 1/4 cup almond flour 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese 1 large egg Avocado oil for frying (or any oil you prefer) (Other seasonings to preference) . . . . Directions: 1. Chop chicken strips into 3-4 pieces each 2. Combine flour, parmesan, and seasonings in a bowl. Put egg in a different bowl. 3. Dip each nugget one by one into egg, place on a separate plate, and sprinkle the flour mix on one side, flip the nugget and sprinkle on the other side until whole nugget is covered. 4. Repeat step 3 until all nuggets are covered, heat stove to medium high, and fry with the oil of your choice (I reccomend avocado oil) . . . . Macros: serving size is 5 nuggets (half recipe) . . Calories: 286 Fat: 20 Protein: 25 Net carbs: 1.5 Fiber: 1.5 . . . Notes: I dried my hands before touching the flour each time I covered a nugget so it wouldn't get sticky. This makes it easier to bread them. Also, macros may vary based on how big the chicken breast tenderloins you use are.
