IF PIZZA IS LIFE LEAVE A βπβ IN THE COMMENTS ππ . .Ingredients: 6 slices of cheese (I used natural Colby-pepper jack) 1/4 cup shredded cheddar (optional) 24 pepperonis Seasonings of choice (I used salt, red pepper, oregano, garlic powder & Italian seasoning) Marinara for dipping (optional) .. Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 350F. On parchment paper create a 2 by 3 rectangle using the slices of cheese, top with shredded cheese & pepperonis. Season. (Swipe to pictures 2, 3 & 4 to see) 2. Bake for 10-15 minutes (until edges turn light brown). Then you can switch to broil for the last 1-2 minutes if you want them to be extra crispy! 3. Let harden and either cut into bit sized squares or cut it like cheesy bread! ...Recipe makes 3 servings. Macros for 1 serving: Calories: 259 Fat: 23 Protein: 13 Net carbs: 0.3 Fiber: 0g..
