1. Melt butter on medium heat in a large skillet. Add your onions until translucent. 2. Add your garlic for 1 minute and then add shrimp. 3. When shrimp become pink, add your chili paste & sour cream. Stir until combined. 4. Let simmer for 1-2 minutes and add your cilantro. 5. Remove from heat, serve over Cauli rice, & enjoy! For the chili pepper paste I just blended a can of chili peppers from the Latino section at my grocery store!
