A quick and easy lasagna-inspired wrap made in an air fryer, featuring ricotta, ground beef, marinara, and mozzarella in a low-carb tortilla.

Mix 1/3 cup of ricotta with half an egg and a few tbsp of Parmesan. Spread this mixture on a low carb tortilla. Top with a mixture of cooked ground beef and marinara sauce. Add a layer of mozzarella cheese. Roll the tortilla tightly like a burrito. Top the rolled wrap with more of the ricotta mix and additional mozzarella cheese. Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes until golden and heated through. Serve immediately and enjoy!
