A simple and healthy avocado flatbread made with avocado, egg, and Parmesan, baked until golden and crispy. Includes an optional spicy mayo recipe.

1. Mash the avocado in a bowl. Mix in the egg and Parmesan until combined. If desired, use 1/2 cup mozzarella in place of half your Parmesan for a less crispy flatbread. 2. Shape the mixture into a flatbread on a parchment lined baking sheet. 3. Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes until golden and crispy. Enjoy with your favorite fillings! Pro tip for the sauce: Combine 1/2 tbsp mayo, 1 tbsp yogurt & 1/2 tbsp buffalo sauce to make a macro-friendly spicy mayo.
