A quick and flavorful dinner featuring a refreshing cucumber salad and spicy sriracha air-fried shrimp.

To make the salad: Cube a cucumber & toss it with 2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp ponzu sauce, 1 tbsp crispy chili onion sauce, 1 tbsp sesame seeds & 1 tbsp furikake seasoning. For the shrimp just thaw raw shrimp, toss with oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, cayenne & sriracha seasoning. Then air fry it @ 400F for 8 mins tossing halfway.
