1. Preheat the oven to 400F. 2. Halve your squash lengthwise & remove the seeds. Add olive oil, Italian seasonings, salt, and pepper. 3. Place it face down on a parchment lined sheet and bake 35-40 mins. 4. While that roasts, prepare your Kevin’s Roasted Garlic Chicken according to the packaging. 5. Take out your squash & use a fork to scrape the flesh into strands. 6. Add your chicken, marinara, mozzarella & Parmesan. 7. Put it back in the oven for 15 mins or until the cheese begins to bubble. 8. Garnish with parsley & enjoy!
