Say “YUM” if you would eat these Crispy Skin Chicken Thighs & Chipotle Sauce 🤤🔥 To make the thighs: Pat dry 3-4 chicken thighs. Slide a piece of butter under the skin of each thigh. Toss with oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika & oregano. Add to your air fryer skin side down for 12 minutes @ 400F. Flip them & return to the air fryer for another 8-12 minutes. (Until internal temp reaches 165F) Take them out, serve with your sauce & enjoy 🙌 For the sauce just blend these ingredients: 3/4 cup cottage cheese 1/2 large avocado 1 tbsp olive oil 1/2 can chipotle peppers in adobo 1/2 a lime, squeezed Black pepper Optional: Cilantro (or coriander)
