A quick and easy keto-friendly breadless pizza made with cheese slices, pepperoni, and seasonings, baked until crispy.

1. Preheat oven to 350F. On parchment paper create a 2 by 3 rectangle using the slices of cheese, top with shredded cheese & pepperonis. Season. 2. Bake for 10-15 minutes (until edges turn light brown). Then you can switch to broil for the last 1-2 minutes if you want them to be extra crispy! 3. Let harden and either cut into bit sized squares or cut it like cheesy bread!
