If you like cheese chips, these cheesy "bread" slices are like their cooler older brother! A low-carb, keto-friendly alternative to cheesy bread.

1. Preheat oven to 350F. On parchment paper create a 2 by 3 rectangle using the slices of cheese. Top with shredded cheese & pepperonis. Season with seasonings of choice (salt, red pepper, oregano, garlic powder & Italian seasoning). 2. Bake for 10-15 minutes (until edges turn light brown). Then you can switch to broil for the last 1-2 minutes if you want them to be extra crispy! 3. Let harden and either cut into bite-sized squares or cut it like cheesy bread!
