A quick and flavorful dinner featuring air-fried shrimp tossed with spices, served with a creamy and spicy chipotle mayo sauce.

To make the shrimp: Toss thawed shrimp with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, chili powder & paprika. Air fry @ 400F for 5-6 mins, shaking halfway. For the sauce: Blend 1/4 cup mayo, 1/4 cup yogurt (optional for lower calorie, higher protein) & 1/2 a small can of chipotle peppers in adobo sauce. If you skip yogurt, just use double the mayo.
