1. Season the shrimp and add to skillet with oil on medium heat. 2. Cook for 2 minutes on each side. Remove from pan and set aside. 3. Add butter to pan on medium low and add your garlic until fragrant. 4. Add the wine and let it reduce. 5. Add the heavy cream and parmesan and let it continue to reduce. 6. Finish by adding salt, parsley, and your shrimp. 7. Remove from heat & enjoy!
