Creamy Slow Cooker Broccoli Cheddar Soup

1. Combine the chopped broccoli, shredded carrots, diced white onion, chicken broth, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasonings in a slow cooker. Cook on low for 2-3 hours.
2. After the initial cooking time, add the cubed cheddar cheese (or Velveeta), heavy cream (or milk), and chopped cooked bacon to the slow cooker. Continue to cook for another 30-60 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the soup is heated through.
3. Mix well before serving and enjoy!
