What you need
fresh tomatoes

Instructions
1. Cut a slit in your chicken breast to open it and beat until flattened. 2. In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, 1/4 cup chopped spinach & tomatoes, and shredded mozzarella. Add this mixture to the chicken and fold the chicken over to secure the stuffing. Secure with toothpicks. 3. Coat the outside of the stuffed chicken breast with 1 tbsp melted butter and season generously with salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano, and onion powder. 4. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 30-45 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). 5. While the chicken bakes, prepare the sauce: Melt 1 tbsp butter over medium heat. 6. Add 2 tsp minced garlic and cook for 1 minute. 7. Next, add your spinach and tomatoes (quantity not specified, add to your preference) to the pan and cook until the spinach wilts and the tomatoes soften. 8. Pour in 3/4 cup heavy cream and stir well for 1-2 minutes. 9. Reduce heat and whisk in 1/4 cup grated Parmesan. 10. Once the sauce thickens, remove the chicken from the oven, serve it with the creamy sauce immediately, and enjoy!View original recipe
