Preheat your oven to 325F. 2. Separate your egg whites and yolks. 3. Beat the whites until stiff peaks form. 4. Melt your chocolate chips, I microwaved in 30 second intervals stirring each time. 5. Fold the yolks in to the chocolate & then add your whites. 6. Mix & add to a parchment lined 9” cake dish that’s been greased. 7. Drizzle your peanut butter on top and swirl in with a butter knife. 8. Bake for 30 minutes. Pro tip: If you do this with eggs straight out of the fridge, the chocolate will harden when mixing with the yolks.
