Instructions
For Air Fryer Wings: 1. Preheat your air fryer to 380°F. 2. Season chicken wings heavily with salt, chili powder, red pepper, pepper, and Mrs Dash extra spicy seasoning. 3. Air fry for 25 minutes, flipping the wings over halfway through. 4. Increase the air fryer heat to 400°F and cook for an additional 5-15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. 5. After cooking, coat the wings in Frank's Red Hot sauce and serve with sour cream for dipping. For Baked Wings (Alternative): 1. Preheat oven to 375°F. 2. Season chicken wings heavily with salt, chili powder, red pepper, pepper, and Mrs Dash extra spicy seasoning. 3. Bake for approximately 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. 4.
