Take a very ripe avocado and mix it thoroughly with 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, one egg, and seasonings of your choice. Shape the mixture into circles or any preferred shape on a parchment-lined sheet. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 20 minutes. Alternatively, if baking, preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until golden and cooked through. Remove from the air fryer or oven and use as a flatbread. For a pizza crust, follow the recipe, then add your favorite pizza toppings and broil until the cheese melts.View original recipe
