Instructions
For the buns: 1. Mix pork rinds and seasonings of choice in a baggie, then crush until fine (a rolling pin works well). 2. Slice eggplant and place the slices on paper towels to let them dry out for 15 minutes on each side. 3. Dip each eggplant slice in egg, then coat thoroughly in the crushed pork rind mix. 4. Pan fry the coated eggplant slices in butter or air fry them at 400F for 3-5 minutes, flipping halfway through. 5. Use these as buns for your burger or sandwich. For the burger: 1. Mix 1/4 lb ground beef with generous amounts of black pepper, salt, red pepper, garlic powder, and chili powder. 2. Air fry the seasoned burger patty at 360F for 6-12 minutes. For the bacon: 1.
