What you need

oz cheese

lb ground beef

tsp salt

tbsp dried onion

cup mayonnaise

tsp smoked paprika

tbsp dill pickle

tbsp mustard

tbsp white vinegar
Instructions
To make the Big Mac Pinwheels: Spread some ground beef on a low carb tortilla and top with salt, pepper, cheese, and onions. Roll the tortilla as tightly as you can without ripping the shell. Slice the rolled tortilla into 2-inch thick wheels and air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 10-15 minutes. For the Mac Sauce: Combine 3/4 cup mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon mustard, 2 tablespoons chopped dill pickles, 1 tablespoon white vinegar, 1 tablespoon chopped onions, 2 teaspoons sweetener, and 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika in a bowl.
