A low-carb Big Mac inspired pizza using a tortilla as a base, topped with beef, cheese, lettuce, pickles, onions, and a homemade Mac sauce, perfect for a keto-friendly meal or snack.

What you need

cup beef

cup mayonnaise

cup shredded mozzarella

cup shredded cheddar

tsp smoked paprika

cup lettuce

tbsp mustard

tbsp dill pickle chips

tbsp dill pickle

tbsp granulated onion

tbsp onion

Instructions
1. First, prepare the Mac Sauce: Mix all sauce ingredients (mayonnaise, mustard, chopped dill pickles, white vinegar, chopped onions, sweetener, smoked paprika) well in a bowl. Transfer to a squirt bottle or airtight container and set aside. 2. Broil your low carb tortilla for 1-2 minutes until slightly crisp. Remove from broiler and place on a baking sheet. 3. Spread 1/3 cup of the prepared Mac sauce over the tortilla. Top with the fully cooked beef, the initial 2 tablespoons of onions, shredded cheddar, and shredded mozzarella cheese. 4. Bake at 400F for 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. 5. Remove the pizza from the oven. Immediately add the shredded lettuce, the remaining 2 tablespoons of pickles, more fresh onions (optional), and a drizzle of additional Mac sauce to taste. 6. Serve and enjoy!View original recipe
