What you need

cup shredded cheddar

tbsp onion

cup mayonnaise

tbsp dill pickle

tbsp mustard

tsp smoked paprika

cup lettuce

cup beef

tbsp white vinegar

tbsp pickle
Instructions
Mac Sauce: 1. Mix 3/4 cup mayonnaise, 1 tbsp mustard, 2 tbsp chopped dill pickles, 1 tbsp white vinegar, 1 tbsp chopped onions, 2 tsp sweetener, and 1/2 tsp smoked paprika well in a bowl. 2. Add the mixed sauce to a squirt bottle or airtight container and set aside for later use. Big Mac Pizza: 1. Preheat your broiler. Broil your low carb tortilla for 1-2 minutes until it's slightly crispy. Remove from the broiler and transfer it to a baking sheet. 2. Spread approximately 1/3 cup of the prepared mac sauce onto the broiled tortilla. Top with 1 cup fully cooked beef, 2 tbsp onions, 1/2 cup shredded cheddar, and 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella. 3. Bake the pizza at 400F for 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. 4. Take the pizza out of the oven. Top with 1/4 cup shredded lettuce, 2 tbsp pickles, additional onions if desired, and a drizzle of more mac sauce. 5. Enjoy your Big Mac Pizza immediately!View original recipe
