What you need

oz cheese

head lettuce

tsp no-calorie sweetener

tbsp white vinegar

low-carb tortilla

tbsp mustard

cup mayonnaise

tsp smoked paprika

pickle

tbsp dill pickle

tbsp dried onion
Instructions
To make the Mac Sauce: Combine 3/4 cup mayonnaise, 1 tbsp mustard, 2 tbsp chopped dill pickles, 1 tbsp white vinegar, 1 tbsp chopped onions, 2 tsp sweetener, and 1/2 tsp smoked paprika. Mix well. To make the Smash Tacos: Spread ground beef on a low carb tortilla, making sure to spread it completely and as thin as possible. Fry the tortilla meat-side down on medium heat for a few minutes until the meat is cooked and crispy. Flip the taco, add cheese on top of the cooked meat, and cover until the cheese melts. Once melted, add lettuce, pickles, and a generous amount of the prepared Mac Sauce. Fold the taco and serve immediately.View original recipe
