A fun and easy low carb dinner combining Italian food and spicy Buffalo chicken, using Palmini hearts of palm lasagna as a healthy pasta alternative that satisfies carb cravings.

What you need

tsp garlic powder

cup shredded mozzarella

oz cream cheese

cup alfredo sauce

tbsp fresh chives

tsp salt & pepper

tsp onion powder

cup buffalo wing sauce

palm hearts
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 375F. 2. Mix your chicken, cream cheese, seasonings & 1 cup of mozzarella. 3. Rinse, drain & pat dry your Palmini. Add 1-2 tbsp of chicken mix to each lasagna sheet and roll it up. 4. Mix your Buffalo & Alfredo sauce. Spread half of the sauce in the bottom of a square baking dish. 5. Top with your rolls (standing), more sauce & remaining mozzarella. 6. Bake loosely covered for 20 minutes. Remove foil & put back in until cheese is bubbly (10 mins). 7.
