Instructions
First, prepare the buffalo chicken mixture: In a bowl, mix 1/4 cup buffalo sauce, 5 oz Greek yogurt, 5 oz shredded chicken, 2 oz shredded cheddar, and 2 oz mozzarella until well combined. Next, hollow out a few pickle halves. Stuff each hollowed pickle half with the prepared buffalo chicken mixture. Sprinkle with ranch seasoning and then wrap each stuffed pickle with a slice of bacon. Place the wrapped pickle poppers in an air fryer and cook at 380F for 12-15 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and the poppers are heated through.
