Say βYUMβ if you would eat this Caesar Salad Crunchwrap π₯ππ How to make it: 1. Coat a flattened chicken breast in egg wash and Parmesan. Then air fry @ 400F for 10-15 mins. 2. Cut a slit halfway up the middle of a low carb tortilla & add your chicken to two sections and romaine lettuce to two sections. 3. Drizzle with Caesar dressing and fold like I did in the video. 4. Eat as is, or heat up some Parmesan in a non stick pan and press the wrap into the Parmesan. Take it off once it crisps up & enjoy! Pro tip: If you donβt want the crispy Parmesan coating just add some Parmesan on the inside π
