Say “YES” if you would eat this Cauliflower Mac & Cheese 😋🙌 Ingredients: 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets. 1 cup heavy cream 3 oz softened cream cheese 2 tbsp butter 2 tbsp olive oil 1 ½ tsp Italian seasonings 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder 1/ tsp chili powder Salt and pepper 2 cups shredded cheddar, divided 1 cup shredded mozzarella (or cheese of choice) 1 bag of crushed @hilolifesnacks cheddar puffs Instructions 1. Preheat oven to 400F. 2. Coat cauliflower with olive oil, salt & pepper. Roast for 20 minutes and set aside. 3. Combine butter & cream cheese in a sauce pan over medium heat. 4. Add your seasonings, heavy cream, 1.5 cups shredded cheddar, & mozzarella to the pan and whisk until completely melted. 5. Add cauliflower to a greased baking dish and pour the sauce over your cauliflower. 6. Top with the rest of your cheddar cheese and Hilo Puffs. 7. Bake at 400F for 20 minutes. 8.
