CHEESECAKE FOR THE WIN!! 😋 Usually I hate recipes that make several servings of something but this is worth it 👌

What you need

oz cream cheese

fl oz cooking oil

cup erythritol

cup sour cream
egg
Instructions
1. Add cream cheese to bowl and let soften (optional). 2. Preheat oven to 350F. 3. Beat cream cheese until smooth. 4. Add the rest of the ingredients except the eggs and mix for around 2 minutes. 5. Either add each egg one at a time and mix well, or you can add all eggs at once and pour mixture into blender and mix that way. 6. Slightly oil the inside of the springform pan. 7. Add mixture into 9" springform pan & Add to oven for 45 minutes or until the edges start to turn light brown. 8. Let sit out for 1 hour and then add to refrigerator for at least 3 hours & enjoy!View original recipe
