Overall this is an easy and tasty recipe that would be great at a cookout or just for having some fun with your air fryer 🙌 Pro tip: I tried these a few ways and 80/20 beef didn’t want to hold together, while 90/10 beef came out too dry. So 85/15 might be the way to go! Or just use whatever beef you have for the recipe and wrap it in bacon!! Because if it’s too dry, the bacon will fix that & if it wants to fall apart the bacon will fix that too! 🦸♂️🥓
