What you need

tbsp butter

cup parmesan cheese
chicken breast
egg

cup marinara sauce

cup fresh basil

low-carb tortilla
Instructions
1. Toss a thin chicken breast in egg wash, then coat with Parmesan and seasonings. 2. Air fry the chicken at 400F for 10-12 minutes. 3. Cut a slit in a large low carb tortilla and add the cooked chicken to one part. 4. To the remaining sections of the tortilla, add mozzarella, marinara sauce, and basil. 5. Fold the tortilla and fry it in butter until both sides are crispy.
